| Pafilia Property Developers Ltd, one of the leading construction and development company’s in Cyprus, seeks to recruit high calibre Property Consultants to join the company’s dynamic sales team in St. Petersburg, Russia. |
| Location: St. Petersburg, Russia |
Role:
To develop and maximise the sale of properties and to ensure the commercial success in local and overseas markets. We require a self motivated and dynamic individual who will be responsible for promoting the diverse property portfolio of the company and for consulting with clients on investment and property related issues concerning the Cyprus Real Estate market. Furthermore, the individual will be required to participate in international exhibitions for the purpose of promoting the good name of the company and to consult clients on investment and property related issues of the Cyprus Real Estate market. |
| Department & reporting structure: Sales Department. Reporting to the Country Manager. |
Specific duties:
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
• Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business.
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Representing the company in International exhibitions.
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
• Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Extensive travel - across Russia. |
Necessary requirements:
• University degree (Economics or Business related).
• A strong drive for achievement, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the English and Russian Languages, both written and oral.
• Excellent Computer Skills, MS Office, Internet & Outlook Express.
• Ability to travel abroad and work in a very competitive environment.
• Enthusiastic, Customer - Oriented, self motivated and organized personality.
• Dynamic and ambitious, with strong professional qualifications and experience, reliability, as well as analytical and creative skills.
• Experience in a relevant position would be an advantage but not a prerequisite. |
