How We Build our Custom Cyprus Villas

Whether this is your first custom home or you are an old pro, Pafina's team of architects, engineers, builders, and property managers will make the Cyprus property buying experience enjoyable and your new traditional Cyprus villa spectacular.

We begin by helping you plan an inspection tour of currently available Cyprus properties for sale.

Once you arrive, we spend two to three busy days helping you find just the right plot in or near your favourite Cypriot village.

Next you will meet with our architects. They will listen to your unique needs and desires and then begin designing your Cyprus villa dream home. Your villa will be unlike any other we have built. You will have the preliminary design and specifications for your home before you leave Cyprus.

You will also have a carefully established budget for the build and final price for your home at that time. It will include the cost of the Cyprus property, your fully customized home, including the pool, landscaping and other special features. It will also include the VAT. No one wants surprises, so we provide you with the full costs of our Cyprus villas at the very beginning.

Once you have made your initial deposit, we begin construction at your chosen Cyprus property location. All of our custom built traditional stone style Cyprus villas are completed within 18 months.

Some of our buyers visit their Cyprus property often throughout the construction process. Others come less often and rely on the regular updates and photos we send them. In either case, we work to accommodate your schedule and needs.
