Whilst occupied, your property will be cleaned weekly and a laundry service will be provided. In addition, the property is checked after every rental. By renting out your property you will be able to cover your communal maintenance expenses and be able to earn a return on your investment, depending on occupancy rates.

However, to accept your property (for example, holiday villas) for rental, it needs to be nicely furnished and to meet the minimum inventory standards of our rental properties. This includes TV, air-conditioning units, and complete set of furniture, fittings and electrical appliances.
