Location: Pafos, Cyprus
Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure the satisfaction of the clients from the purchase of their property right through to its delivery and after delivery as well. Caters to clients’ needs in every possible way by providing professional, helpful, exceptional quality service and assistance.

 

Department & reporting structure: Reports to the Customer Care Manager
Specific duties:

• Translates documents and emails from English to Russian and vice versa and provides translations during meetings with clients

• Ensures the Customer Care Software Systems and files are kept updated

• Ensures that all Customer Care Department internal procedures and functions are followed

• Ensures that all customer correspondence is aligned with the Customer Care Department quality standards

• Liaises and follows up all communication between the company’s departments and the customers

• Initiates and follows the department’s standard correspondence procedures

• Liaises with clients regarding changes and requests for their properties 

• Liaises with clients regarding property packages and upgrades 

• Updates and maintains ccorrespondence registry for all properties

• Ensures and follows all property delivery processes 

• Provides after delivery service to property owners in conjunction with other departments

 

Necessary requirements:

• University degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Business or a related field

• Native Russian Speaker 

• Excellent command of English language both written and oral is a must

• Knowledge of the Greek language will be considered an advantage

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer care, guest relations and/or       similar field is required 

• Strong team player and excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office, Internet & Outlook Express)
