Kyriaki Christodoulou

Group Finance Director

Kyriaki holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom. Additionally, she is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having attained certification in 2014 while working at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). She maintains memberships with esteemed professional bodies including the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus, and the Cyprus Institute of Internal Auditors.

Kyriaki has accumulated extensive experience as an auditor, working with major clients. This tenure has equipped her with the expertise to analyze intricate financial systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic solutions. Her background enables her to offer invaluable insights and guidance for organizational success.

As Group Finance Director, Kyriaki leads the organization’s financial strategy and operations. She ensures regulatory compliance, manages risk, and drives financial performance. Kyriaki is dedicated to fostering transparency and aligning financial goals with broader business objectives, aiming to contribute to the company’s sustained growth and success.

Simos Simillides

Commercial Director

Simos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University in the US and an MBA in Marketing from Nova South-Eastern University in Florida. He has been a valued member of the Pafilia family for almost twenty years, during which time he has held the positions of Sales Director, Sales and Marketing Director and most recently the position of the Commercial Director.

His mission as Commercial Director is to maintain Pafilia’s position as the Market Leader in Real Estate sales in Cyprus. He manages a multicultural team based in offices across the world, with the aim to penetrate new markets and create awareness of the many investment opportunities found in both Cyprus and Greece. Among his current priorities is the successful launch of NEO, Pafilia’s newest flagship project, to both local and overseas markets.

Alexis Charalambides

Group Procurement Manager

Alexis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Salford, Manchester UK and a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from the Sheffield Hallam University UK.

He has a vast experience in the field of construction and operations spanning a period of 15 years. He currently holds the position of the Group Procurement Manager.

As Group Procurement Manager, Alexis is responsible for the smooth implementation of procurement processes related to all construction projects according to the specific requirements and specifications necessary for the proper execution of Works. He is also part of the supervising teams for the works associated to the construction of ONE and NEO Limassol projects while at the same time ensuring smooth communication between the various Project stakeholders.

Evroula Demetriadou

Group HR Director

Evroula holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public and Business Administration from University of Cyprus and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from University of Surrey in UK. She is a member of the Cyprus Human Resource Management Association (CyHRMA) and she is a qualified trainer from the Human Resources Development Authority of Cyprus(HRDA).

With over 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, Evroula has honed her expertise and gained invaluable insights into various aspects of HR Management. Currently serving as the Group Human Resources Manager, she plays a pivotal role in directing and managing all HR activities within the Company.

Loizos Andreou

Project Manager, Minthis

Loizos received an MSc and PhD degree in Civil Engineering from the RUDN University in Moscow, Russia. His career in the construction industry began in 1994. He worked as a Structural Design Engineer for eight years before moving on to work on several large-scale construction projects as a Site Engineer and Project Manager.

He joined Pafilia as Project Manager of Minthis and has been responsible for overseeing the dynamic advancement and development of one of Cyprus’s most prestigious projects. He supervises a large team of professionals through the various crucial stages of the project’s development, including the construction of the Village Square and Wellness Spa, as well as the project’s large residential complexes and infrastructure projects.

Barry Winter

Sales & Business Development Director – UK & Europe

Barry Winter has been an integral part of the Pafilia family for over 20 years, playing a pivotal role in driving the company’s success and growth across multiple regions. His extensive experience includes roles as Sales Consultant, China Sales & Business Development Manager, and Southeast Asia Sales & Business Development Director. Currently, he serves as the Sales & Business Development Director for the UK and Europe.

Barry is dedicated to reinforcing Pafilia’s status as a market leader in real estate by promoting premier investment opportunities in Cyprus and Greece. With a wealth of expertise in property purchasing processes and residency and immigration services, he provides strategic guidance and support to partners and associates throughout the UK and Europe.

Barry travels extensively ensuring that Pafilia’s flagship projects are at the forefront of the UK and European markets. His focus on enhancing brand visibility and market penetration continues to solidify Pafilia’s reputation for excellence in these regions.

Michalis Papaloucas

Project Manager - Classic

Michalis holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Structural Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and an MEng in Structural Design from the National Technical University of Athens. He is a member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK), the Cyprus Association of Civil Engineers (SPOLMIK) and the Project Management Institute (PMI USA and Cyprus Chapter). He has been a certified Project Manager since 2020 following successful attainment of the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Michalis has more than 20 years of diversified professional experience in the Construction industry in both Cyprus and abroad, where he had the opportunity to work with renown international companies in countries such as Italy, Bulgaria, Greece, and the USA.Michalis has undertaken the role of Classic Projects Manager, leading a team of engineers and other professionals in successfully completing Pafilia’s Classic Projects with the highest standards of quality.

Andrea Lindsay

Group Marketing Manager

Andrea graduated with a Degree in Business and Marketing at the University of West of England, which she then followed with the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma. Upon completion of her studies, Andrea pursued a career in Bristol and London as an Account Director for some of the largest global creative advertising agencies, including Publicis, TWBA and WPP.

Here she gained international experience working on through-the-line communications from TV commercials, to online, web, press and outdoor advertising campaigns for prestigious clients such as Renault, Cadbury, Nissan and Sony.

After moving to Cyprus, Andrea joined the Pafilia Marketing Department undertaking the role of Brand Manager for Minthis, before being promoted to Pafilia’s Group Marketing Manager. In this role she is responsible for developing the brand strategy online and offline including managing a team that is colletively responsble for the growth of direct enquiries, the deveopment of new marketing initiatives, creating awareness of Pafilia brands through engaging market specific content and producing all materials for Pafilia, Minthis and ONE.

George holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from MMU and a Master’s Degree in Shipping Law from Cardiff University. Serving as Group Legal Advisor at Pafilia Property Developers Ltd, George brings a wealth of expertise in law and property development and his knowledge is crucial for navigating various legal complexities in the property sector.

With a sharp legal acumen and a passion for excellence, he adeptly oversees legal matters within the Group, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. George’s dedication to his role contributes significantly to Pafilia’s success in delivering top-notch service in the real estate industry. His strategic approach and his commitment to upholding legal standards drives forward the organization’s mission with integrity and proficiency.

Titos Economides

Senior Information Technology Manager

Titos holds a bachelor’s degree from Truman State University in Missouri, USA. His journey into the realm of information technology has been augmented by a wealth of accredited certifications, including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics Developer Consultant alongside a series of specialized Microsoft Certifications.

Starting with a consultancy role at SAP, transitioning to Microsoft Dynamics, and evolving through pivotal UK and Cyprus-based positions, the path has been marked by a deep dive into Enterprise Resource Planning, Relational Database Management, and Business Intelligence systems. With over two decades of experience, significant contributions have been made to the IT infrastructures and business systems of leading organizations, ensuring technological innovation and operational efficiency.

At Pafilia, being responsible for the Information Technology department, the focus is on harnessing this foundation to spearhead technological advancements and operational streamlining, thus enhancing our competitive stance in the industry.

Eleni Ioannou Loizou

Group Internal Auditor

Eleni holds a Bachelor Degree in Public and Business Administration from University of Cyprus and she is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and also a member of the Cyprus Institute of Internal Auditors.Eleni is working with Pafilia for the past 17 years and gained a wealth of knowledge and
experience on every aspect of the company.

Currently she holds the role of the Group Internal Auditor, and she is responsible to evaluate, develop where necessary and test the effectiveness of controls that are in place, to respond to the risks that threaten the organization. With a solid understanding of the organization’s objectives, Eleni examines operations to determine whether they are efficient and effective and assess whether existing processes are well designed to help the organization achieve its goals.

Marios Vanezis

Minthis Interior Designer and Customer Care Manager

Marios has a BSc in Interior Design and an MSc in Interior Design – Environmental Psychology, from the Instituto Europeo Di Arti Operative in Italy. He is a design and construction professional with more than 12 years of experience in the industry. He built his career working for some of Cyprus’s most renowned companies as Client Project Manager, Customer Care Manager and Head of Interior Design. He then found his own Interior Design practice. As such, Marios has vast experience in designing both commercial and private residences, as well as consulting on technical specifications.

At Pafilia, Marios has taken on the dual role of Interior Design Manager and Customer Care Manager at Minthis. He heads the Minthis Customer Care Team, whose mission is to safeguard the output and concept of the Minthis interior design products, and ensure outstanding customer service throughout.

Ernesto Ruiz Leon

Chief Architect, Minthis

Ernesto holds an MSc in Architecture from the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture in the Ukraine and he is a member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK).

A multicultural professional who is fluent in four languages – Spanish, Greek, Russian and English – Ernesto has a wealth of experience in architecture, with a career that spans 32+ years. He has been involved in the design and construction of a variety of significant residential, hospitality and industrial projects both in Cyprus and abroad.

Ernesto is Pafilia’s Chief Architect at Minthis. He is responsible for designing and developing the custom-built residences and was the company’s main point of contact during all client interactions at the initial stages of the project’s design. His mission as Chief Architect is to ensure that company values are implemented fully and that each aspect of design and construction reflects the high aesthetic quality for which Pafilia is known.

Alexander Beeston

Head of Asia

Alexander holds a Higher National Diploma from the University of Wales and a degree in Business Administration from Wolverhampton University in the UK. Throughout his 20-year career, he has accumulated a wealth of experience in the real estate industry, having held key positions with a number of major developers and real estate companies both in Cyprus and abroad.

Alexander initially joined Pafilia as a Senior Property Consultant prior to relocating to China in the position of South China Area Manager. Heading a team of Business Development Managers, Alexander is responsible for the planning, promotion and management of the company’s operations in Asia, exploring new prospects and opportunities, setting business objectives and implementing strategies that will improve market share and ultimately contribute towards the development of annual sales goals.

Aristos Eliades

Commercial Manager

Aristos holds a BA in Financial Economics and an MSc in Banking and Finance from the University of Leicester. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in real estate and investment immigration, and boasts extensive experience in advising and assisting individuals with their investment needs in Cyprus. Beyond the realm of real estate, Aristos also has broad knowledge of the fields of economics, finance and statistics.

Aristos currently holds the dual role of Business Development Manager and Head of the Limassol Sales Office at Pafilia. As Business Development Manager, he is responsible for all operations that allow the company to achieve its business objectives. This means identifying new opportunities that will help further the company’s business and sales goals, implementing strategies to improve market share, and assisting in reaching the annual sales targets.
